Welcome to the Census Golf Club's website.
We are part of the Census Bureau Welfare and Recreation Association (CBWRA). The CBWRA was organized in 1950 to promote the health and well-being of employees and to provide athletic, social and other events and programs of an entertaining or educational nature.
The Census Golf Club (CGC) is an official United States Golf Association (USGA) Member Club.
The CGC enjoys a variety of golfing activities and opportunities such as:
- golf outings at area courses,
- a weekly golf league,
- match play tournaments/club championships,
- novice instruction and mentoring (see here),
- shirts, hats and club apparel,
- and official USGA Handicap Services.
The CGC is a club that abides by the official rules of golf and enjoys camaraderie and friendly competition throughout the year.
